Improving competences in adult education and training<\/h1>\n

1. Training course in the field of ICT – new technologies – digital competences
\n2. Training course in the field of transfer of innovative educational methods
\n3. Training course to improve the language skills of the staff<\/p>\n
The trainings in which members of the organization’s team took part upgraded the experience and skills of the teaching team in the field of developing technology-based learning, as well as in the creation and active use of digital and online content in line with the latest trends in education in Europe . For this purpose, the courses,
\ntouched on developments in digital technologies and their potential in adult education, useful practices and effective working with existing and creating new digital and internet products such as podcasts and interactive exercises and tests, and useful guidelines in internet-based learning to meet the needs of learners and to follow trends in quality
\nprofessional and non-professional European education aimed at adult learners.
\nAfter the implementation of the trainings, the foundation’s team successfully used the acquired knowledge and skills in the work of the organization and transferred the experience borrowed during the trainings to the new team members who joined later.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1628863130261{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]<\/p>\n
